Could a simple walk or workout help your brain stay sharper? 🧠

A review of 21 studies in older adults with Alzheimer’s found exercise was linked to better thinking in 4 of 5 brain areas studied, plus better daily function, mood, and quality of life. The most promising pattern was less than 60 minutes, at least 3 times a week.

Takeaway: for brain health, steady movement may matter more than all-out effort.

What kind of movement fits your week? Share your take.
