Between the bodybuilding show and the Lubbock Texas Strongman Push/Pull Party, I spent most of my day running back and forth trying to catch as much as I could. And I wouldn’t have traded a minute of it!

Ali Kneisel and Malachi Kneisel , watching you two compete yesterday was something special.

I’ve always said that strength is about so much more than what you can lift. It’s about your mindset, your character, your resilience, and your willingness to keep showing up and putting in the work. You both represent all of that.

What makes it even more special is getting to know the people behind the athletes. The conversations, the laughs, the hard work, and the relationships built along the way. Those are the things that mean the most to me.

When I started Grind & Glide, I never imagined how personally invested I would become in the people I sponsor. Their goals become something I look forward to, their victories make me proud, and I genuinely want to see every one of them succeed.

Ali and Malachi, thank you for allowing me to be part of what you’re building. I have so much respect for both of you, and I’m excited to see where your hard work takes you next.

WHAT A SEASON. WHAT A TEAM. WHAT A PROUD MOMENT. 🖤❤️

Some moments remind me exactly why I started Grind & Glide, and yesterday was one of them.

Watching my sponsored athletes step on that stage at the NPC West Texas Showdown and walk away with their wins, medals, and trophies was something special. But what makes me even prouder is knowing what it took for each of them to get there.

I’ve had the privilege of watching the hard work, the sacrifices, the exhaustion, the determination, and the days when they had to dig a little deeper to keep going.

Amy Elmore , Abdullah Saleem , and Beau Flores — I couldn’t be prouder of you!

Every one of you brought something different to this season, but you all share something I admire tremendously: the discipline to keep showing up, the resilience to push through the hard days, and the heart to give this sport everything you’ve got.

The medals and trophies are incredible, and you deserve every bit of recognition. But what means the most to me is the trust you’ve placed in me and allowing Grind & Glide to be a small part of your journey.

When I started this business, I wanted to do more than provide muscle recovery. I wanted to build relationships, support athletes who pour their hearts into what they do, and be someone they could count on throughout the process.

Malachi is back in action this Saturday, October 17th, competing at the Lubbock Texas Strongman Push/Pull Party during the Branch Warren Strength Expo!

Coming off an impressive 2nd-place finish at the Iron Warrior Strongman Competition in September, Malachi is ready to put his strength and hard work to the test once again!

His performance at Iron Warrior included a 622 lb Mammoth Bar Deadlift, a 1st-place Hercules Hold at 550 lbs for 52 seconds, and a 2nd-place finish in the Nickel Stone Carry.

But for Malachi, it’s never just about where he places. It’s about recognizing where he can improve, putting in the work, and coming back stronger every time.

We’re proud to have Malachi representing Grind & Glide and to support the dedication, discipline, and determination he brings to strongman.
