The eclipse season has passed, but I am still feeling its energy moving through me.
Personally, I have so much gratitude in my heart. I have experienced a large shift in my own life, and at the same time, with all of these new incoming energies, I have been buzzing and not sleeping as much.
This is a practice I have been using for myself, but it also felt like something I was meant to share with others.
In so many of my recent conversations, I keep hearing a similar thread. A lot of people feel like they are standing at a crossroads, only there aren’t just two paths. There are dozens of paths to choose from.
There is so much happening in the world, in the ethers, and internally within our own minds and bodies on a daily basis.
This is a simple clearing and grounding practice with the plants. A way to get yourself outside, place your bare feet upon Mother Earth, and show up for a small act of sacred self care for the mind, body, and spirit.
Take your time and make sure you move the plants over your entire body. This is something you can do for yourself or share with a loved one and offer to one another.
There is only so much time in a video, and one thing I didn’t mention is that when you are finished, you may notice the plants have changed color. They will often become bruised, and sometimes they take on a darker or almost black tinge.
In my own intuitive relationship with the plants, I experience this as a sign of what has been released, of what has been allowed to fall away from the heart, creating space for the parts of us that may have felt as though they were floating above our heads to settle back into the body.
When you are finished, you can bring the plants to a tree or place them in your compost. Speak loving words of gratitude and offer them back to Mother Earth, where they can decompose and be returned to the earth as light.
