When you work on your wounds around self worth & self love, the magnetism of harmful dynamics lose their pull. You're then able to see the underlying truth of what others may present to you under the guise of friendship and love.Healing is not linear. It may take years to gain the clarity necessary in coming to terms with experiences.Every ounce of yourself that you reclaim, you can then create boundaries that honor YOU first. Have patience with yourself in the process, because for many of us, we're coming home to ourselves at last.
