Over the summer, Paragon Community Services, a MyPath Company, moved into a new location in Greendale. The new space is already opening doors to new opportunities for the adults we serve!

From learning to cook and exercise to creating art and developing everyday skills, the new location is helping individuals build confidence, discover new interests, and gain greater independence.

When people have the space, support, and opportunities to grow, incredible things can happen.

And after just one month, we’re already seeing the difference. One smile at a time! ☺️💙

🌿 A MyPath campus where students, staff and wildlife can thrive!

We’re proud to announce that the Genesee Lake School (GLS) campus has been recognized as a Certified Schoolyard Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation! 🦋

This certification recognizes our work to provide wildlife with food, water, shelter and places to raise their young, supported by sustainable practices that care for the environment.
This accomplishment reflects the dedication of the entire GLS team. Together, they help make our campus a safe, nurturing place for our students and staff, and the many creatures that call it home.

Our maintenance team has installed signs around campus to celebrate this recognition and share our commitment with everyone who visits.

Celebrating culture, community, and belonging at Genesee Lake School! ❤️

In recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, team members at Genesee Lake School (GLS), a MyPath Company, recently came together for a special staff celebration honoring the rich cultures, histories, traditions, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities.

The afternoon featured food from a local Hispanic-owned family business, music, games, cultural highlights, and opportunities to learn and connect.

More than a celebration, it was another chance to strengthen the sense of community that makes GLS special—creating a place where people feel seen, respected, valued, and connected. 💙

A new voice is helping lead our Abilities & Neurodiversity Pathfinders! 💙

Garrett Wilson is stepping into the co-chair role of this . He currently serves as Director of Performance, Quality & Improvement at T.C. Harris School & Academy, a MyPath Company, where he has worked for the past year and a half.

Before joining MyPath, Garrett worked as a teacher, vice principal, and ombudsman for the Department of Education. His experience living with cerebral palsy has also shaped his perspective and inspired his work in education and human services. He’s excited to bring that experience and passion to Pathfinders.

Outside of work, Garrett enjoys exercising, playing board games with friends, and spending time with his family. Please join us in congratulating Garrett on his new role! 💚
