What does it mean to be a Behavior Analyst at MyPath? 💙

Two days of learning, collaboration, and connection at the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association USA Residential Provider Conference! 💙

Our team from Prader-Willi Homes, a MyPath Company, was proud to take part in this year’s conference.

Marguerite Rupnow, Health and Wellness Specialist, and Elizabeth LaPinske, Program Director, presented on various aspects of health and wellness, while Jenny Tilley, Service Coordination Director, and Elizabeth led a behavioral workshop for attendees.

The conference provided a valuable opportunity to learn alongside and exchange ideas with providers from across the country who share a commitment to supporting individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome.

A special shoutout to our work services partner, Pantheon Industries, for joining us at the conference!

We’re grateful for the opportunity to share our team’s expertise, learn from others, and bring new ideas and perspectives back to the people we support.

Earlier this summer, MyPath employee-owners came together for a day of music, connection, and community at Summerfest! ☀️🎶💙

Hosted by our Women Pathfinders in partnership with Race & Ethnicity Pathfinders, the event brought Owners from across our Wisconsin-based MyPath companies together to enjoy one of Milwaukee’s favorite summer traditions.

The gathering was about more than great music. It was an opportunity to celebrate the intersectionality of gender, race, and ethnicity while building connections, strengthening community, and simply having some fun together outside of the workplace.

A special thank you to Summerfest for recognizing MyPath as a Business Alliance Partner and helping make the experience even more memorable for our Owners!

We're proud to spotlight Chris Naylor, Student Services Coordinator at Genesee Lake School (GLS), a MyPath Company.

Since joining GLS in 1987, Chris has grown through a variety of roles—from direct care staff and special education teacher to education coordinator and now a member of the school's leadership team. Her career reflects a passion for continuous growth and a deep commitment to supporting others.

Today, Chris leads efforts in hiring, onboarding, staff development, and student admissions, helping build a school culture where people feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to succeed.

"Every day is different. Problem solving, planning, networking, coordinating schedules, and supporting people keeps the work dynamic. I value helping create an environment where staff and students feel challenged and encouraged to do their best."

This summer, Paragon Community Services, a MyPath Company, opened the doors to its new location in Greendale.

This spring, MyPath’s Abilities & Neurodiversity Pathfinders brought employee-owners together for a special Special Interests & Hobbies Meetup in recognition of Autism Acceptance Month. 💜

The gathering created an opportunity for employee-owners to share, explore, and learn about the hobbies and special interests that bring their colleagues joy — while celebrating the creativity, connection, and sense of belonging those interests can create.

From discovering something new to connecting over shared passions, the meetup was a great reminder that the interests that make each of us unique can also bring us together.
