Alvenia is the friendly face that greets you at Back to Balance and the first point of contact for our patients. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organized experience—whether she’s answering calls or helping coordinate your schedule.

With many years of experience as a healthcare receptionist, Alvenia brings strong communication skills and a deep understanding of patient care coordination. She previously worked at Rivers Edge in Manchester, where she gained valuable experience supporting both patients and clinical teams.

Her professionalism, efficiency, and warm personality make her an essential part of the Back to Balance team.

Lea Crompton, PT, DPT

Lea earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Plymouth State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Vermont State University –Lyndon. She has experience working with patients and athletes of all ages, from youth and collegiate athletes to weekend warriors.
A former college basketball and soccer player, Lea understands the demands of training, the challenges of injury, and the importance of individualized care. She is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve performance, and return to the activities they enjoy through evidence-based practice and movement-focused treatment.
Outside of the clinic, Lea enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Nala.

Cagney was born and raised in Los Angeles. In 2025 she relocated to the Monadnock Region where she has deep family roots. Dr. Kelly Hebert-Ruggio, DPT

Kelly was born and raised in the southern New Hampshire area and earned her Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire in 2000. She went on to earn her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in 2006. Kelly has spent the early part of her career working in orthopedics and aquatic therapy in the greater Boston area. She has worked as a travel/contract physical therapist in the Chicagoland area where she diversified herself in the field of physical therapy. Kelly gained experience at a variety of physical therapy settings to include acute rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedic/neurological, pediatrics, and geriatric rehabilitation. She returned to her home state of New Hampshire in 2015 and worked at local nursing homes as well as an outpatient hospital-based clinic in Manchester, NH. Kelly enjoys treating patient of all ages with orthopedic and neurological/vestibular conditions as well as post-operative diagnoses. Kelly is the owner and founder of Back to Balance Physical Therapy.
