Meet our team 🎉 next up:
Lea Crompton, PT, DPT

Lea earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Plymouth State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Vermont State University –Lyndon. She has experience working with patients and athletes of all ages, from youth and collegiate athletes to weekend warriors.
A former college basketball and soccer player, Lea understands the demands of training, the challenges of injury, and the importance of individualized care. She is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve performance, and return to the activities they enjoy through evidence-based practice and movement-focused treatment.
Outside of the clinic, Lea enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Nala.

Cagney Nay, LMT

Cagney was born and raised in Los Angeles. In 2025 she relocated to the Monadnock Region where she has deep family roots. Cagney earned her bachelor’s degree in visual arts from UC San Diego, and attended the School of Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork in Los Angeles and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2019.
