We offer Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Katonah Yoga, Pilates, and more on the daily. Our ocean front studio is now open and offering between 4-7 daily virtual and in person classes as well as OUTDOOR classes! We are an inclusive studio welcoming to EVERY BODY!

We are THRILLED to welcome Sara Murphy to the teaching team at Sol Seek!

This one is REALLY special because Sara is one of our own — she completed her 200 hour YTT with Sol Seek in August of 2025… and then went on to complete her yin training with Justin and mentorship with Katie; followed by a hybrid 300 hour abroad. It’s been a BIG YEAR for Sara!

Sara has been subbing at Sol Seek but, beginning tomorrow, YOU get a chance to practice with her consistently every Wednesday at the Loft: 4:30 slow flow and 6pm yin.

So proud of you Sara and so happy you are continuing to share your light and wisdom with the Sol Seek family!

It’s September 1st and *WOAH* what a Summer it has been!

We’re kicking off the month with a lot of great opportunities to refresh your practice, find a Fall rhythm, and try something new!

Stay tuned for some new classes, a return of Improv, a Sound Healing training, and so much Sol Seek goodness.
