San Diego, I'm here.
This week is the Institute for Functional Medicine's Annual International Conference, and I get to be in it.
This Friday and Saturday (May 29 and 30), you'll find me at the GutID booth supporting the team behind the microbiome mapping test I run with my own clients. Long-read sequencing, strain-level resolution, the kind of precision that lets me read someone's gut story rather than guess at it.
The methodology I've built reads five data streams as one human story: nutrigenomics, epigenetics, microbiome mapping, real-time metabolic tracking, and mindset architecture. The microbiome is often where the story starts to make sense.
If you're at AIC, come say hi at the GutID booth Friday and Saturday.
If you're watching the livestream, tell me what session is lighting you up.
If you're following from afar, thank you for being here. I'll bring stories home.
The body is always speaking. The work is in the listening.
