Since we dove into perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause at this year's Summit, I thought this PBS film might resonate with some of you ~ whether you're in it, approaching it, or supporting someone who is.

We can't wait!

We look forward to seeing you at the Franciscan Center tomorrow. Doors will open at 8:30, and our day will start promptly at 9. Come a little early to find your spot, grab some food, and settle in.

Bring a yoga mat (we will have chairs for those who would prefer to sit rather than lay), perhaps a blanket, a water bottle, and anything else you need for a great day! No judgements here!

We are so very excited.
