I am so excited to be teaching another RYC® movement class at the@thepaysontreehouse in downtown Payson in June! We would love to have you join us. June online RYC® movement classes! I won't be offering as many online classes while my kiddos are home for the summer, but I plan to increase back to teaching at least 2 a week come Fall. :)

Soaking up solo wild spaces time before the kiddos are home for the summer and the weather gets soooooo hot! Lovely picnic lunch, park RYC®️ flow, walk to Bridal Veil Falls, and cold river foot soak and watching my favorite kind of glitter… Sun sparking on wild water.
