Tori and Darius are truly two of the most amazing people you could ever meet. They both have hearts of gold and are always willing to step up, lend a hand, and do whatever they can to help someone else.

At work, you can often find Tori and Darius running the roads and working behind the scenes to find housing, employment, resources, and new opportunities for our clients, while also getting out into the community and educating others about the services and support available to them.

They don’t just talk about helping people, they show up and do it every single day. 💙

💜 September is National Recovery Month! 💜

At Envision Health Inc.’s Ellsworth office, we’ve hung a special “No One Fights Alone” banner as a reminder that recovery is stronger when we support one another.
We invite members of our community to stop by and add your voice. Memorialize someone you’ve lost to mental health or substance use, write an encouraging message, share a positive quote, honor someone in recovery, or simply leave a few words of hope.
Every message matters. Every story matters. And no one fights alone. 💜

That’s why Envision Health Inc. created our 23-Hour Crisis Receiving Center. It is a special place where individuals experiencing a mental health or behavioral health crisis can come for immediate support, stabilization, and connection to the next right step.

No judgment. No shame. Just people who care and are ready to help.

Our center offers a comfortable, supportive environment with:
• Crisis assessment & stabilization
• Compassionate staff available 24/7
• Comfortable recliners and a safe place to rest
• Showers and laundry facilities
• Food, snacks, and basic necessities
• Connection to ongoing treatment, recovery services, and community resources

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through our doors. You just have to take the first step.

If you know her, you love her. End of story. 🥰

Lisa is an amazing woman with years of experience in the behavioral health field, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our Envision Health Inc. Roanoke team!

Lisa is one of those people who brings kindness and compassion wherever she goes. She genuinely cares about the people we serve, her coworkers, and the work that we do. She is always willing to lend a hand, step in when someone needs help, share her knowledge, or simply be the encouraging voice someone needs that day.

Her experience is invaluable, but it’s her heart that truly makes her special. 💜

In this field, you can teach policies, procedures, documentation, and skills but you can’t teach someone to genuinely care about people. Lisa has that naturally.

She shows up. She helps. She encourages. She listens. And she reminds us that some of the biggest impacts we make happen through the smallest acts of kindness.
