Afternoon everyone 🙂

We’ve been super busy lately, but we’re finally able to share an update!Since the inception of First In, Last Out CPR & First Aid (FILO), our goal has always been to train, educate, and create enjoyable, interactive classes.

Every session we teach is designed to be fun and engaging — no matter your age or background.Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with scout troops and their leaders, as well as healthcare professionals ranging from techs and STNAs to nurses, doctors, and specialists like cardiologists and gastroenterologists.

Last week, we had the honor of teaching safety, CPR, and First Aid to participants in The Hangout Group’s “Stepping Into Success Program " The Hangout Group/You've Got This LLC

It was an awesome experience as always! We’ve been fortunate to return many times to work with both campers and caretakers — always a great group and always a fun class.Thank you for inviting us back this year 🙌

**Good evening everyone! 😊**

I hope everyone is having a great evening and enjoying the weekend!

Today's classes at **First In, Last Out CPR** started with **Basic Life Support (BLS)** for students working toward their healthcare degrees. It's always exciting to help prepare the next generation of healthcare providers.

After that, we got to teach one of my absolute favorite classes—**Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS)** along with our **Heartsaver Total** course.

We had **four awesome young ladies** attend today, and they were absolute **rockstars!** 🌟 They worked hard, asked great questions, and are now better prepared to begin babysitting with the confidence and skills to respond to a wide variety of emergencies.

Thank you all so much for spending your day with us. We know you'll do amazing things, and we're proud to have been a small part of your journey.

**What's everyone up to this evening? 😀**

Believe it or not... it's a rare evening at **First In, Last Out CPR**—**no scheduled classes!** 😄

Instead of teaching tonight, we're busy preparing for a full weekend of **STOP THE BLEED®**, **Heartsaver CPR AED & First Aid**, and **Active Violence Emergency Response Training**. Yes, I apparently inadvertently dyed my hair pink lol 😆

Every class we teach is designed to be as realistic as possible because emergencies don't come with warning labels. Our goal is to provide hands-on, scenario-based training that builds the confidence to respond when it matters most.

The best part? **These classes are for everyone—not just healthcare providers.** Whether you're a parent, teacher, coach, business owner, or simply want to be better prepared, these courses can give you the skills to make a difference when seconds count.

Doing my best to follow in your footsteps in educating the future men and women of the pre hospital realm as well as the other branches of the service and healthcare

This man had forgotten more than I know. Jim helped me find my spot in the world of pre hospital and suggested teaching. Thank you with all my heart as I wouldn't be who and what I am today.
