The amazing power of Massage Therapy! ✨

Check out the difference between these before and after photos from just one 30-minute session. In the before image, the upper back and shoulder region were elevated and rounded, with visible tension throughout the trap and scap area. In the after photo, the shoulders are more relaxed and evenly positioned, with improved tissue softness, increased circulation which helped improve more flexibility in shoulders and also created more ROM in neck

🍃 Creating a treatment plan , plus putting time in to work on posture and stretching will be a game changer for sure. She’s putting herself in a great position for amazing results.

🌿Results like these are a reminder of the incredible impact of massage therapy. Plus, knowing that my clients are finding relief each time they come see me is the most fulfilling experience ever.
