Join members of our team at Miles for Motherhood this month! 👟💜

Our Miles After Motherhood program begins this Sunday, June 7th!

This program is a postpartum running group to help mothers safely return to running. This 4 week program will provide you with the tools and training to build your strength and endurance and feel confident moving again postpartum. SOMA Physical Therapy is partnering with us and will be at the workouts to answer any pelvic floor questions you have, help you understand if your body is ready to run again and offer post-run recommendations so you are feeling your best.
