This weekend our team attended the Pelvic Live course to expand our knowledge in pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, and return-to-sport training.
One of our biggest takeaways? If your pelvic health treatment has only focused on symptoms on the treatment table, there may be another option. Pelvic health rehab can include strength training, running, heavy lifting, jumping and helping you confidently return to the activities you love.
