We're hiring a part-time HR Assistant to support our teams at Black Oak Pharmacy, Shady Cove Pharmacy and Black Oak Home Medical.

15–20 hours a week, weekdays only. No late nights, weekends or major holidays!

You'll work directly with the General Manager from our Medford headquarters, helping with:
Hiring, including screening applicants and running interviews
Employee reviews and monthly team meetings
Payroll follow-up and confidential records
Day-to-day employee support, with empathy and clear boundaries

We're looking for someone with HR, office admin or management experience who is organized, discreet and comfortable having the tough conversations. Healthcare experience is a plus.
