Johnson County Pediatrics families — this is a great opportunity to take a closer look at your child’s heart.

𝗠𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗺, 𝗞𝗦 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟴𝘁𝗵 from 5–8 PM providing youth heart screenings for ages 8–21.

Each HeartCheck includes an EKG, echocardiogram, blood pressure, and cardiologist review — helping look for hidden heart conditions that may not be found during a routine physical.

These screenings are quick, non-invasive, and designed to give parents more peace of mind.

Appointments are limited, so we encourage families to schedule early.

A few minutes could provide answers that matter for a lifetime.

It’s time to get your child’s sports forms completed! Whether you plan to email the form, drop it off, or bring it to your child’s appointment, please make sure all required sections are filled out in advance. Having the most up-to-date information helps us complete the form accurately and efficiently.

If your child has a Well Check appointment scheduled this summer, please remember to bring their completed sports forms with you so we can take care of everything during the visit.

😴 Aim for 8 hours of sleep

🥗 Fuel up with nutritious foods
😊 Practice kindness and positivity
🏃‍♀️ Move your body for at least 30 minutes
📺 Keep TV time minimal—especially around world events, and always age-appropriate
