The Desert Horizon Hospice team had a wonderful time decorating cookies with the residents at Modern Care Assisted Living. We believe great care goes beyond meeting medical needs, it’s about building relationships, sharing meaningful moments, and bringing a little extra joy to someone’s day.

We had the opportunity to spend some time at Tempe Post Acute, where we hosted a Dirty Soda Bar for the Staff.

It was a fun way to connect, make new connections, and do something a little different together.
