Oxford, Ohio: Leading with Courage & Curiosity Cohort🎋 with United Religions Initiative🪔 I have been understanding myself more deeply these days. Completely in awe of what a season this has been. With I have been growing ever since I was in 9th grade, to be invited to the United Religions as a Youth Ambassador several times during high school, undergrad & grad school to the Parliament of World Religions, to then being invited to be on the URI North America Leadership Council Board, to now being a Treasurer for the Board. Masha’Allah.

I have travelled to so many places in the United States with this organization. It’s great seeing and meeting more people across the nation in all these various communities.

In times like these I am reminded of my impact, voice, power, love and bravery. That I have been shaking and movin’ for causes in helping make our world a better place. To be part of these experiences and conversations are so fulfilling and helps me be a better leader.

When you are called, there’s a certain internal nudge that lives inside of you to continue living out your calling. For all that Allah has had me through and all that Allah has in stored, thank you.

As I lean more into myself, I am liberated.

🌟 Fun. Fit. Fabulous in the community! 🌟 We were honored to be invited to table at Youthset’s 2026 Back 2 School Summer Showcase, and Friday’s tabling event in the St. Cloud community was nothing short of phenomenal!

It was such a pleasure connecting with so many amazing community members, having great conversations, and spreading a little healthy fun along the way. 🥑

And let’s just say… the Healthy Snack Station was a hit! 😋 Our Guacamole & Tostitos Scoops had plenty of community members coming back for more! 🥑💚

There’s something truly inspiring about seeing a community come together, show up, and pour into its youth. Events like this remind us that when we invest in our young people, we invest in the future.

A huge THANK YOU to Tyrone, Executive Director of YOUTHSET for inviting ƒ³: ƒun.ƒit.ƒabulous to be part of such a fantastic event!

I’m beyond proud of my cousin Mansoor (Mansoor Delane) for making it to the NFL as a 6th-round draft pick with the Kansas City Kansas City Chiefs! Your hard work is paying off, you’ve unlocked a whole new portal in our family and our family couldn’t be more proud🏈♥️ #5

So happy to spend time with my amazing aunts, uncles, dad, grandparents, siblings, and cousins. It fills my heart to see so many of my family members doing amazing things, chasing their dreams, reaching new milestones, and continuing to make us all proud♥️

One year ago, I took a leap of faith and moved to Minnesota to begin a new chapter as Executive Assistant at the Collegeville Institute.

Today marks one year in this role, and I’m filled with gratitude.

This year has been about so much more than a career move. It’s been a season of growth, stretching beyond my comfort zone, trusting Allah’s plan, and discovering purpose in every step.

Professionally, I’ve had the opportunity to combine my background in International Business and Public Health while supporting executive leadership, being a board liaison, coordinating scholar programs, and helping turn vision into action. I’ve learned so much from working alongside incredible colleagues, board members, and scholars from around the world.

Personally, building a new life in Minnesota has reminded me that growth often begins where comfort ends. The relationships, community, and experiences I’ve found here have shaped me in ways I never expected.

I’m grateful to everyone who has encouraged, challenged, prayed for, and welcomed me along the way.

And a special thank you to my colleague Andrew McNeil for capturing these moments.

Alhamdulilah for every chapter. Here’s to continuing to grow, learn, and embrace every opportunity with faith, gratitude, and excellence.
