HOLY WOW! The BreakRoom Miami made the FRONT PAGE of the Miami Herald. 📰✨🥹

What started as “a rage room” has grown into something so much bigger than breaking things.
I created The BreakRoom because I saw how emotionally exhausted people were becoming. Burned out. Overwhelmed. Disconnected. Carrying stress and grief with nowhere safe to release it.

So I built a place where adults could laugh louder, let go, reconnect, celebrate, create memories, express themselves freely, and remember how to FEEL again. 🤌🏾

"Breaking stuff' is only one part of the vision. It’s always been about emotional release, joy, play, wellness, and creating experiences and memories that people never forget.

THANK YOU to every single person who has supported this wild vision. Every customer, every review, every repost, every friend who told someone about us, every team member who helped bring this place to life… thank you. 🫶🏾

Rage. Sadness. Fury. Grief. Exhaustion. Worry. Joy. It's all a spectrum on the emotional scale and all of them are valid. Maybe you need a safe space to feel them. At The BreakRoom, you have that space. We want you to get your emotions out, express them, scream them, beat them. It's all OK 🙂

Rage room 🤝🏾 Therapy

Both are tools to help your mental health! They can work together to release energy and work through the feelings we work so hard to stuff down. Movement in the body helps to release stuck emotions, and after that, you might find that you're ready to talk or process things and that's where therapy can come in!
