LOVE Day. 🤍

So let’s celebrate True love the God kind of Love.

1 John 4:16 says
“And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.”

I never knew love really... until I received a revelation about His love for me.
That's strange to say right when you think you're walking with God and doing the right things but the right things are not His things.

Today I’m thinking how much he loves me.
He was in the places where it was really dark for me.
He's in the hope and restores me in the morning.
He's in the contrast.
He's in the despair I have felt.
And He's in my oscillating state when I haven't found my footing just yet.

We say it alot God gave His only begotten Son.
Would you?
Would you give up your only Son because you wanted to see the World return to their redeemed innocence.
That includes everyone - haters, those who persecuted you, those who doubted you, those who broke covenant with you?

My revelation of God's love was that I didn't deserve to be on the path of spiritual "ascension, enlightenment" or any of it.
But He loved me so much, he did make a way for me to come back home.
Come back to myself.
Come back to Reality with capital R.

He showed me He was always there and never left, I just needed to stay still enough to Listen.

My revelation is God is a promise Keeper.
He has always kept his promises, always faithful, always relentless.
God loved me so much that He made a way for me in Heaven.. in the Kingdom.
When I didn't know who I was, He still loved me.

While we toss the word Love alot, love for spouse, love for parents.
True love is the God kind of Love.
The love that isn't based on pschoosocial motives.

Through Triumph coach circle on Sundays, we recently finished synthesis of a Book Called God's Power to Change
On page 145 it reads
"The World Honors love and ideally accepts all forms of love and control!
The world honors love and ideally accepts all forms of love as good.
But none are pure.
All unregenerate love is carnal and sick...
True love lays down its life for others, but unregenerated love lays down the lives of others for itself."

Medicine and healing come in all forms.

Over the past decade, I've learned that my wellness is a state of being.

At the root, how I feel, how I eat, what we tell myself internally, how I behave... all begins with belonging.
That belonging has been the root for me—belonging to God first. From that place, identity gets clear… and my choices start to match who I am, not who I’m trying to prove myself to be.

That belonging gives me my identity - Who I am on planet Earth and who I am in God.

In his presence, my beingness stabilizes, and I anchor my sovereignty in this world.

When I say “sovereignty,” I mean God-centered agency—being anchored, not reactive. And when my inner state changes, my decisions, habits, and relationships change too.

The more I sit in His presence, the more I become. My becoming fulfills His purpose as Me.

It's still the beginning of 2026. While there have been times my mindset says kill it this year and work the plan ( nothing wrong with executing with excellence), I am reminded to get crystal clear on what my desired outcome and how I want to feel at the end of this year
And with that, I got deeper with what Father desires and wishes to co-create with me.

Stillness doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means quieting the noise long enough to hear what He’s actually leading—so I’m not just busy… I’m aligned.

Have you become still enough to hear His voice that calls you deeper so you can get clear?

Do we really allow God to love us?

When I reflected and vowed that I wanted and would allow God to love me, it was profound. I felt as though a veil was lifted, and I could breathe again, live again, and just be myself.. my true self once more, this time earnestly listening, abiding, sitting, and nestling.. letting my Creator - the creator of the universe - shape me and form me with his loving hands... His way... not my way.

I put down the tools I've been using from the past, which has kept me bound in performance orientation and people pleasing. This is how I honor myself. This is how I honor God. When I allow Gods love to move through me as me...it hits and resonates differently. Not by striving to get a gold star or validation from external circumstances but truly moving from authority, belonging, and being. That's everything.

Not by projecting into the moment what I think should happen but by moving from a deep knowing this will happen. It's moving by deep, unshakable faith. And that supoorts me so much! How? It moves me from being busy to being purposeful. It moves me from success to fulfillment. It moves me from my preferences to my mandate.

Soooo much goodness can happen inside all of us when we let God and let go. Again, change your state, change your life.

I'm so proud of my friends who've opened up their restaurant. From being highly sought after at a local farmers' market to opening their first gorgeous restaurant, what a journey!

I'm so enthused for them! They also make homemade fish sauce, which is just incredible.

So if you are ever looking to have delicious, healthy, authentic Thai street food, come to Bok Bok Baby! My favorite Thai dishes are mouth-watering papaya salad and pad kraw pow. The wok hay is on point!

When I come into my original design, I make space for what matters. The way I think changes. How I behave amplifies. I come into the knowing of who I am, my calling, and my purpose. Those things I value , ingrained in me becomes me. I decide that I matter.

Never say never. Never thought of myself as athletic. Being honest, I have been a book worm, head down and in my studies for decades now. I was in badminton in high school for 2 years and lost most of my games. I was in varsity volleyball for two weeks before I quit. I felt then it was too hard and I couldnt do it - I wasnt strong or fast enough.

Two months ago my husband took me to play pickleball and I am now hooked. Its been a looonggg time since Ive played a sport! A little over 20 years LOL

Why did I say yes? I said yes because I wanted have fun, grow and step into a new paradigm. One where I'm not defined by my past. My legs work so lets run.

And you know what, the more I played, the more I started to believe that I AM coordinated. I can do this and I am doing it!

So never say never. I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me. Yes, pickleball included. ♡

I love sunny days here in Miami. Its been lovely here.

Now 2 weeks until my semester starts and entering into my docotorate program. Incredible!!

A man plans his ways and God orders his steps. I couldn't have imagined that there would be an opportunity to finish my masters and also start my doctorate together. It in fact can!
