Florida Community Care was proud to join Florida Agency for Health Care Administration Secretary Shevaun L. Harris and leaders from Baptist Health Jacksonville, Women's Care, and Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition in support of the “From the Start” initiative focused on improving maternal health outcomes for Florida families.

Access to quality prenatal and postpartum care can change lives, and we are honored to be part of the conversation and collaboration helping ensure mothers receive the support they need from the very beginning. Thank you to all the organizations working together to create a healthier future for Florida families.

At Independent Living Systems and Florida Community Care, this month holds special meaning. We support individuals across Florida in accessing the care, services, and supports they need to live healthy, independent lives at home and in their communities.

This month, we’ll be sharing stories from the individuals and families we serve — because inclusion isn’t just a goal. It’s something we build together every day.
