I was the creative producer, director and model. We shot content in the kitchen, at the gym, outside in the heat, changed outfits 20 times, carried products everywhere… and not sure how after 10 hours I still managed to look alive on camera 😂

Photoshoot days are no joke. But we got SO much good content for ByEla and I can’t wait to start posting it soon.

A few moments from building ByEla lately.

Building a wellness company while trying to protect your own wellness is… an interesting experience.

The mental exhaustion is hard to put into words and when friends ask me how I am doing, I just say: ‘I’m alright!’

Most days it’s (very) early mornings, endless tabs open, problems with logistics, workouts squeezed between calls, creative chaos, stress, excitement and trying to build something meaningful without losing yourself in the process.

The uncertainty.
The pressure.
The constant decision making.
The feeling of carrying everything in your head at all times.

It’s a grind and finding a balance is hard, but I’m so proud of what ByEla has achieved so far.

It makes it all worth it!💕

I used to think strength was just physical.

Now I think it’s waking up tired and still showing up.
It’s choosing discipline when motivation disappears (it happens all the time).
It’s continuing even when progress feels slow at times (like building a business).
It’s taking care of your body before you’re forced to.

Somewhere along the way, training stopped being about aesthetics for me.

It became about building a body and mind strong enough to carry me through life.

And honestly, that changes everything.
