I’m missing you guys this week so here’s a Movement’s memory from 11 years ago… it
never gets old😂
“~~I would just like to let you know what life is like without you and movements. I decided to try a yoga class. The instructor had a tattoo of a RADISH AND AN ONION on her shoulder, I stared at it the whole class wondering what in the world could a radish mean, totally ruined my zen. Not a single word was spoken the ENTIRE class, the moments I wasn't wondering about vegetable tattoos I was crying inside missing my yogi people and half dying because I couldn't even speak during the class. It was so quiet I could hear the snot dancing around in the womans nose next to me.. There was a man there in his UNDERWEAR and so graciously plopped himself right in front of me. She called warrior 1, warrior A! (WHO DOES THAT?! ).. And don't even get me started on the group fitness class I tried taking. I was the only person under 60 & their conversations consisted of arthritis and saggy breasts. The oldest woman told us that her husband said her breasts look like floppy dog ears because of how far down they sag... That being said, I had the most beautiful crocodile I've ever done in my whole life! All thanks to YOU, not the onion lady, and the elderly women were the sweetest people Ive met here so far. I may be bitter because im no longer at movements but at least im still "moving" ☺️.. Basically the moral of this never ending text is that I miss you and your people, and also that what you have at Movements is a GREAT beautiful thing!”
