Join Sonia on Saturday, October 3 at 7:00 PM for a 90-minute Sound Journey Meditation inside the beautiful sanctuary at Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick.

The sanctuary has extraordinary acoustics, making it an incredible setting to experience the rich vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
Allow yourself 90 minutes to step away from the noise of everyday life, settle into stillness, and simply receive the sound.

Chairs, yoga mats or meditation pillows will be provided, please make your seat preference selection during registration. Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow or any other item to make yourself comfortable.

Please arrive 15 minutes before start time to get yourself settled in your preferred spot.
