In Costa Rica, nearly one in three children live in poverty. For many families, healthcare isn’t simply a matter of need — it’s a matter of access. Children in rural and low-income communities often go without dental care, vision screenings, mental health support, and even the most basic medical treatment because hospitals are too far away, wait times are too long, or care is simply unaffordable. Behind Costa Rica’s natural beauty are children waiting for the care every child deserves.
CWB Helps bridge the gap by providing free medical care to children in need. Last week, we held a clinic at Centro Educativo Los Angeles in the Limon province. We paid one doctor to give FREE exams to 85 children. These clinics are possible thanks to our amazing volunteers and donors like you. CWB has an annual budget of 66 thousand dollars, all from donations. With that, we provide the equivalent of over 1.7 million dollars in medical care. Every dollar goes a long way and makes an enormous difference in a child’s life. Link in bio to make a difference today! 🫶❤️
