Change your mind. What is hypnosis? Hypnosis is a state of focused consciousness. As your hypnotherapist, I will assist you in learning how to achieve this state by

guiding you into it. Once this has been achieved, you will then receive what are called hypnotic suggestions. These suggestions will enable you to use the power of hypnosis in your life and make the changes you desire. Hypnosis is a tool that can help you, just like it has helped millions of other people to take back control of their lives.

• "I can handle this moment one step at a time"
• "This feeling is uncomfortable, but it is not dangerous"
• "Worried thoughts are not facts"
• "I have been overwhelmed / stressed before & I got through it, like I will today"

✨ To distract myself from anxious thoughts:
• Engage with a hobby
• Colour or doodle
• Listen to a favourite song, or sing it in my head
• Think about something 1am
excited for
• Read a book
• Use the 54321 technique
• Count 5 blue things in the room
• Play on a game
• Play with a fidget toy
