Congratulations to our August PSS Employee of the Month, Jessica!
Some fun facts about Jessica:
-collects plants, rock and crystals
-enjoys caring for animals and tending to her garden, reading, spending time with family, painting, crafting and spending time in nature

What she enjoys about the job:
"After working in clinical settings for over 10 years, I appreciate the ability to meet individuals where they are at and work with them, taking into consideration their individuality, interests, and motivations. It has been a great experience to work with a team that acts as a team, providing feedback and support that gives the opportunity to grow and learn from others while working out what works best for you. I also really appreciate that we work with each person, encouraging autonomy and building working relationships with our clients in order to motivate progress towards goals. ILO has been so supportive while I have learned the position as well as when I had to deal with some medical issues, giving me the ability to recover without stressing about how my health would impact my employment. I can't express enough how appreciative I am to feel so supported and heard."
