🐈‍⬛✨ Work in Progress: Bootsy, Guardian of the Nile ✨🐈‍⬛
Some tattoos are more than ink—they're a way to carry someone you love with you forever.
This 3/4 sleeve is currently in progress and features Bootsy, transformed into an Egyptian-inspired guardian complete with a pharaoh headdress, ankh, scarab, hieroglyphics, and ancient symbolism. We used Bootsy's actual face as the foundation for the design, blending realism with the powerful imagery of ancient Egypt.
I love projects like this because they tell a story. It's not just a cat portrait—it's a tribute. A way to honor a beloved companion while creating something unique, meaningful, and larger than life.
We're still building this sleeve and I can't wait to continue adding to the journey. The healed and finished version is going to be incredible.

Life has been LIFE-ING lately over here. 😅
Between running a business, juggling schedules, answering messages, drawing, tattooing, existing as a human, and trying to keep all the plates spinning… posting consistently has definitely taken a back seat lately.
BUT — please know I have been tattooing like crazy. 🖤
I’ve been creating some seriously beautiful, meaningful, fun, emotional, weird, tiny, bold, and badass pieces lately… I just haven’t had the time or energy to get them all posted.
So if you’ve been wondering if I disappeared — I promise I’m still here. Very busy. Very caffeinated. Very covered in stencil marks. 😂
I’m hoping to start catching up on sharing more of the work soon because there are SO many tattoos I’m excited for you guys to see.

Update on Slim from his post.

For everyone that likes updates on me here it goes. Just had labs done. My liver isn't doing good. It's gotten worse since last visit 2 weeks ago. I'm turning yellow now and also I now have internal bleeding somewhere inside me. Been having blood in my stool and sever abdominal pain for last 3 days. I've also lost over 20lbs in the last week and a half which the doctor found a little alarming ( I thought it was a good thing lol) I'll keep you guys updated as I can. Keep me in your prayers and thoughts

We talk a lot about “common sense” like it’s universal.
Like everyone’s brain is wired the same.
Like instructions land the same way for everyone.
They don’t.
Recently, I was told to go to the “second door on the left.”
So I did exactly that—the second physical door on the left.
I didn’t even SEE the numbers on the doors, because I simply wasn't looking for them.
Came back and said it didn’t work.
Turns out… he meant the door labeled “ #2.”
Which, to my brain, was actually the third door on the left.
For a second, I felt it—
that little hit of “wow, that was obvious.”
Except it wasn’t.
I followed the instruction exactly as my brain processes language and direction.
He gave the instruction based on how his brain organizes the world.
Neither of us were wrong.
Just different.
And that’s the part we forget… with everyone.
Friends.
Partners.
Coworkers.
Strangers.
Kids.
Adults.
There are so many types of brains.
So many ways of processing, interpreting, understanding.
Some people think literally.
Some visually.
Some through patterns.
Some through feeling.
Some need to see it.
Some need to do it.
Some need time to piece it together.
But we still measure people against one version of “right.”
So the next time someone doesn’t follow instructions the way you expected…
pause before the frustration.
Ask yourself:
Did they misunderstand…
or did they understand it differently?
Because those are not the same thing.
And sometimes, that difference
is where patience—and connection—live.

This one is soft desert energy—prickly pear + agave, layered with fine detail, tiny blooms, and just enough texture to make it feel alive. A little grounded, a little wild, and built to sit perfectly with the body.
I love tattoos like this… the kind that look simple at first glance, but the longer you sit with them, the more they reveal.

Big shocker… I’m having technology issues again 🙃

My system is currently DOWN, which means I can’t schedule appointments or even see my schedule right now.

Please be patient while this gets sorted out.

Also — important reminder:
If you EVER don’t receive a text with your appointment details within 24 hours after I tell you you’re booked, message me ASAP. Sometimes the system glitches and doesn’t send things properly.

Hoping tech gets this back up and running quickly and nothing gets scrambled 🤞
