Hello everyone be sure to get your pass for Essential Rhythms Festival
We have an Ecstatic Dance planned at 12:30 Sunday May 17th on small stage.
With Rebecca Washburn Topie Cassady and myself Coastal Flow Ecstatic Dance
We also have childcare area for those who want to dance and you brought your kids, or you want your kids to join us that is also a great option. Either way we are going foster our Conscious Dance community......
We'll see you there!!!!

The team and I are in full swing prep mode and getting our plans together for an amazing Healing Center Experience.

Our build out for the Wall of Peace is underway.
This will be a space where you can sit, write a piece of advice and a encouragement to hang on our tapestry for other festival goers to read and to be inspired by.... A space where you can meditate and take a minute for a quiet reflection time.
We cannot wait to see you all, offer hugs, love of the unconditional type and help you in anyway we can to have an amazing healing weekend.

Hi Everyone be sure to catch Rebecca Washburn and Topie Cassady and I at the festival for Sunday Ecstatic Dance..... Entry into festival needed, day pass..... We can't wait to dance with you and the community..... See event page Essential Rhythms Festival for details . This will be our only dance in May but it should be so so good!!!!!

I'm so excited to be apart of this healing endeavor, to be bring awareness to alternative healing practices and the art of mindful body coherence through tuning in.

We are so grateful to have The Quantum Gypsy of Quantum Symphony Healing Arts leading our Healing Center at Essential Rhythms! 🌀☀️

As our Healing Center Organizer, she is helping curate a sacred space where festival-goers can restore, reconnect, and renew — body, mind, and spirit.
