We are incredibly excited to welcome Dr. Shannon O’Malley to the Allied team.

Dr. O'Malley is a highly accomplished pediatric emergency medicine physician with extensive experience in pediatric urgent care and clinical operations. Throughout her career, she has cared for hundreds of thousands of pediatric patients across high-volume urgent care settings and has held multiple leadership roles, including Regional Medical Director for some of Long Island’s top-performing pediatric urgent care centers.

She is deeply committed to the Allied mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and their families, with a strong focus on accessibility, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Beyond her impressive clinical and operational expertise, Dr. O’Malley is known for her collaborative leadership style, dedication to supporting clinical teams, and ability to build trusted relationships with patients and families alike.
