You’ve been holding everything together, taking care of everyone else, and telling yourself you’ll rest when things finally slow down.

But they never really do.

That’s why I come to you.

I bring the Reiki table into your home and create a quiet space where you don’t have to do anything, fix anything, or be strong for anyone. You can simply lie down, breathe, and let yourself be cared for.

Sometimes we don’t need more advice.
Sometimes we just need somewhere safe to soften.

If life has felt especially heavy lately, I would be honored to hold that space for you. 🤍

I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to fully explain how much these incredible souls mean to me.

Each person who walks through my door brings something completely their own, their humor, energy, courage, and unique way of seeing the world. Every one of them has made a genuine difference in my life, and I carry pieces of our time together with me long after class ends.

As a small business owner, every absence is felt. But even more importantly, every time you choose to show up, it is noticed, appreciated, and never taken for granted.

You aren’t simply filling a space in a class. You are helping me continue creating a place where these souls can move, rest, laugh, connect, be themselves, and know they belong. Your support keeps something deeply meaningful alive, and it helps me more than you probably realize.

There is something powerful about having a place where you can simply slow down.

A place where movement isn’t rushed, where there’s no pressure to keep up, and where every participant is encouraged to engage in the way that feels right for them.

That’s what I hope to create in every yoga class.

Through gentle movement, breathing, stretching, and relaxation, students have the opportunity to build confidence, improve balance and coordination, practice following directions, and enjoy being part of a positive group experience.

Yoga has a way of meeting people exactly where they are. Every participant brings something different to class, and every success, whether it’s trying a new pose, taking a deep breath, or simply showing up, is worth celebrating.

I believe everyone deserves access to meaningful movement in a welcoming environment, and I’m grateful to share that space each week.
