Community Health Services of Union County is a free clinic and we also offer wellness program services.

Community Health Services of Union County's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care to Union & Anson Counties in NC and Lancaster & Chesterfield in SC residents living with diabetes, high blood pressure, and other chronic diseases. We go out into the community and do health screenings which consist of Blood pressures, blood sugars, hemoglobin and cholesterol. In the fall we also go o

ut in the community and administer flu vaccinations. Community Health has an emergency prescription assistance program. We see Union County and Anson County Residents that qualify for our medical services.

It's time for some trivia!

MYTH: The flu shot can give you the flu.
FACT: The flu shot is made from an inactivated virus, meaning it CANNOT give you the flu!

It takes about two weeks for antibodies to develop, which is why early vaccination is key. We offer adult flu immunizations right here at the clinic.
