RSVP TICKETS ARE LIVE! 🍂🐎

We are so excited to finally invite you to Horse & Harvest: A Fall Wellness & Makers Gathering.

We’ve been putting this day together for months, and more than anything, we wanted to create the kind of gathering we would want to go to ourselves.

Not a huge festival. Not a crowded market where you rush from booth to booth.

Something smaller. Slower. More personal.

A place where you can wander the farm, meet the horses, discover local makers and healers, sit down with something warm to drink, learn something new, talk to someone you’ve never met before, and maybe stumble into something you didn’t even know you were looking for.

And selfishly? We want to meet you.

So many interesting, creative, healing, weird, wonderful people are doing their thing in little pockets all over our community. Horse & Harvest is our attempt to bring some of us together for an autumn afternoon at the farm.

Saturday, October 10 | 10 AM–4 PM
Forest Reverie Farm | Monument, Colorado

🍂 RSVP is required due to limited parking. Tickets are pay-what-you-can, with a suggested donation, and $0 is absolutely an option.

And there’s more coming. We’ll be sharing our full schedule of demonstrations and experiences soon, along with the makers and practitioners joining us. Throughout the day, you’ll also be able to explore offerings like Reiki, tarot, oracle readings, equine experiences, wellness practices, and more.

Follow along + tag the person you want to spend an autumn day at the farm with.

So… what exactly is Herd & Hearth?

We created Herd & Hearth because we wanted there to be a place where people could simply come together.

To spend time outside. To be around horses. To meet people they may not otherwise meet. To have conversations, explore something meaningful, participate in something creative—or simply sit quietly and take it all in.

Each gathering follows the season and offers a few invitations for reflection, connection and exploration. Nothing is required. You don't need horse experience, you don't need to know anyone, and you don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want from the afternoon.

This Sunday, we're gathering around Planting the Autumn Seed—exploring what we want to begin, tend, or carry with us as summer gives way to fall. We'll spend time with the horses, share conversation and reflection, and have a simple seed-planting activity to take home.

Herd & Hearth is facilitated by Lydia Tempest Hawkins of , whose work centers around creating experiences for connection, reflection and remembering.

And if you'd like to stay a little longer, Slow Flow in the Forest with Mimi follows directly afterward from 6–8 PM—yoga, meditation and sound among the pines.

Come alone. Bring a friend. Come curious.
There's nothing you need to know before you get here.

🍂 HERD & HEARTH | Planting the Autumn Seed
Sunday, September 13 | 4–6 PM
Forest Reverie Farm | Monument, Colorado

Herd & Hearth is our monthly invitation to slow down, connect, and simply spend time in the presence of horses.

Each gathering follows the rhythm of the season — giving us a chance to notice what is changing in the natural world, spend intentional time with the herd, and explore what that season might be asking of us, too.

For September, we’re Planting the Autumn Seed.

Summer has been full. Before we rush into whatever comes next, we’ll spend an afternoon with the horses welcoming the beginning of fall, getting our hands into the soil, and considering one simple question:

What do you want to grow in this next season?

We’ll each plant a seed to take home with us as a small, living reminder of that intention. 🌱

There’s no horse experience necessary, and nothing you need to know or prepare beforehand. Come as you are. Herd & Hearth is intentionally spacious — a chance to experience horses, nature, reflection, and community without needing to perform or accomplish anything.

And if you want to make an evening of it: Slow Flow in the Forest begins directly afterward from 6–8 PM, with yoga, meditation, and sound among the pines. You’re welcome to join us for one or stay for both.

🍂 SAVE THE DATE — HORSE & HARVEST 🍂

Saturday, October 10 | Forest Reverie Farm | Monument, Colorado

We are SO excited to finally start sharing what we’ve been dreaming up for this fall.

Horse & Harvest: A Fall Wellness & Makers Gathering is our invitation to bring some of the beautiful communities around us together — horse and equine people, artists and makers, wellness practitioners, healers, spiritual communities, nature lovers, and those simply looking for something a little slower and more meaningful.

For one autumn day, we’re opening Forest Reverie Farm and creating a gathering among the horses and pines where you can wander, discover local artists and makers, meet practitioners doing meaningful work in our community, learn a little more about horses and equine connection, sip something warm, spend time outside, and connect with people you might not otherwise have crossed paths with.

This isn't meant to be a giant festival or a crowded vendor market. We’re intentionally keeping Horse & Harvest small, intimate, and thoughtfully curated so there is room to actually experience the farm, meet the people behind the offerings, breathe the autumn air, and linger awhile.

And because Forest Reverie Farm is a private property with limited parking, attendance will be limited and advance registration will be required. We’ll be asking for a small $5 donation per guest to attend and will release registration along with more details soon.

We’re still putting the finishing touches on the gathering — including an incredible collection of local vendors, artists, practitioners, and community partners that we cannot wait to introduce you to over the coming weeks.

For now, save the date.

Our September gathering is an invitation to slow down with us.

Summer has been full. Before we rush into whatever comes next, come spend an afternoon with the herd as we welcome the beginning of fall, get our hands in the soil, and ask ourselves what we want to grow in this next season.

We'll spend time with the horses, reflect together, and plant an intention seed of our own to take home and tend as autumn unfolds.

Come as you are. No horse experience needed. We'll meet you there.

Imagine spending your September evenings on a quiet farm, tucked into the pines, with horses nearby and nowhere you need to rush off to next. 🍂🐴

That’s what September is looking like at Forest Reverie Farm.

As summer begins to soften into fall, we’re creating more opportunities to come out to the farm, slow down, spend time in nature, and experience what happens when we give ourselves a little room to simply be.

This month you can join us for:

🍁 Herd & Hearth: Planting the Autumn Seed — September 13
Spend time with the herd, connect with the changing season, and explore what you want to cultivate as we move into autumn.

🌿 Slow Flow Yoga — September 13
Stay after Herd & Hearth or come just for yoga. Settle into a gentle evening practice surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the quiet of the farm.

✂️ Herd & Hearth Vision Board Experience — September 20
Horses + creativity + intention. Spend time with the herd before settling in to create a vision board for whatever you’re ready to call forward next.

Come for the horses. Come for the trees. Come because fall in Colorado is too beautiful to spend all of it indoors.

September at the farm is waiting for you.

🍂 VENDOR CALL — HORSE & HARVEST 🍂
A Fall Wellness & Makers Gathering at Forest Reverie Farm

We’re looking for a small, thoughtfully curated group of local makers, artists, wellness practitioners, and nature-centered businesses to join us for Horse & Harvest, a fall gathering on our private equine property in the Monument/Black Forest area.

Horse & Harvest is being created as an intimate, calm, nature-focused experience — a place to slow down, spend time outdoors, meet the horses, discover local makers and practitioners, and enjoy the feeling of fall at the farm.

We’re especially interested in hearing from:

• Local artists, makers & craftspeople
• Bakers and small-batch treats that can be enjoyed on the property
• Herbal, botanical & nature-inspired businesses
• Wellness and holistic practitioners
• Handmade home, body & seasonal goods
• Other offerings that feel aligned with a peaceful, natural fall gathering

We’re also interested in simple demonstrations or interactive experiences that allow guests to learn, participate, or experience your work firsthand.

Vendor space will be limited and curated for fit and variety so that we can keep the gathering small and relaxed.

Interested in participating? Tell us about yourself and what you’d like to bring:

Vendor Interest Form:

Please feel free to share this post or tag a local maker or practitioner you think would be a great fit.

🍁 Want to attend Horse & Harvest as a guest?
This form is just for prospective vendors. Event registration is not open yet. We’ll be posting full event details and the guest registration link soon, so follow Forest Reverie Farm for updates.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone to the farm this fall. 🐴🍂
