In case you didn’t know…May 8, 2021 I decided to work on my health. I was tired of always being tired, winded from simple daily tasks (like tying my shoes & walking up stairs), cried every time I had to try on clothes & hid in my dark bedroom every chance I got😕
However, I was introduced to the Strawberry Cheesecake shake & fell in love 😍 I had no idea how it could possibly be healthy & definitely didn’t think it could help me lose weight.
Fast forward to June 11, 2021 —> that very shake, consumed twice a day, along with 2 mega teas, 2 high protein snacks, 1 big healthy meal of my choice & some daily movement —> I dropped 10 pounds & gained a whole lot of confidence & hope🙏
