During Member Appreciation Week, we put up a Win Wall and asked members to write down what they were proud of. This was one of the first notes that went up.

That word "finally" carries a lot. The months of meaning to. The waiting for the right time that never quite shows up. Debbie stopped waiting and walked in the door, and that first step is the hardest one she'll ever take here.
