HAPPY FATHER'S DAY TO THE MEN WHO DIDN'T GIVE UP.

Especially this one. ❤️

Today I celebrate Clark.

Not because he's perfect.

Not because he's always had all the answers.

Not because the road has been easy.

I celebrate him because he never gave up.

Over the years, I've watched him carry the weight of providing, protecting, leading, learning, failing, getting back up, and continuing forward when it would have been easier to quit.

I've watched him navigate seasons of uncertainty.
Seasons of growth.
Seasons where life didn't go according to plan.

And through it all, he kept showing up.

For me.
For our son.
For our family.
For the people God has called us to serve.

The world often celebrates achievement.

But what I admire most is perseverance.

The man who keeps becoming.

The man who chooses integrity when no one is watching.

The man who is willing to do the work.

The man who understands that leadership begins with leading himself.

That's the kind of man we coach.

Not the man looking for shortcuts.

The man willing to stand in the fire and become stronger because of it.

The man who refuses to let midlife become his excuse.

The man who understands that legacy isn't built in a day.

It's built through thousands of decisions to keep showing up.

To every father reading this...

Your family doesn't need perfection.

They need your presence.

Your strength.

Your consistency.

Your willingness to keep growing.

Your willingness to stay in the fight.

The greatest gift you will ever leave your children isn't money, success, or status.

It's the example of a man who lived with courage, character, and conviction.

A man who didn't give up.

Today we honor you.

Happy Father's Day to the fathers, husbands, grandfathers, and legacy-builders who continue to rise.

The world needs more men like you.

So many women in midlife are exhausted, not because they aren't strong, but because they've spent years being everyone's rock.

The husband.
The children.
The grandchildren.
The friends.
The coworkers.

Everyone seems to need something from her.

And somewhere along the way, she forgot that she was never meant to carry it all.

She was meant to carry it to Him.

The women who step into the fullness of their purpose aren't always the busiest women in the room.

They're the women who have learned to linger.

To sit with that extra cup of coffee.
To watch the sunrise.
To open His Word.
To listen more than they speak.
To rest more than they strive.

Because purpose isn't found in doing more.

It's found in being with the One who created you.

Maybe today God isn't asking you to build, fix, solve, or achieve.

Maybe He's simply inviting you to be.

To let Him be your Rock.

To let Him carry what you've been carrying.

To let His love fill your cup so completely that you begin living from the overflow instead of from depletion.

The world tells you to hustle.

God invites you to linger.

And in that lingering, you'll discover that the power you've been searching for was never found in striving.

It was always found in His presence.

✨ No one's watching.

Take the extra few minutes.
Enjoy the coffee.
Breathe deeply.
Open your hands.
Sit with Him.

The next thing on your list can wait.

His presence is where your strength is renewed.

We Almost Didn't Make It.

There was a time when our marriage looked fine from the outside.

We were raising kids.
Building careers.
Checking all the boxes we thought we were supposed to check.

But behind closed doors?

We were drifting.

Not because we stopped loving each other.

Because life happened.

Midlife happened.

Menopause happened.

Identity shifts happened.

And somewhere along the way, we stopped feeling like a team.

We know what it's like to lie in bed together and feel miles apart.

To wonder if this is just what marriage becomes after enough years pass.

To look at the person you promised forever to and feel disconnected from the very relationship you once couldn't imagine living without.

What saved us wasn't luck.

It wasn't waiting for things to magically get better.

It was deciding that our marriage was worth fighting for.

We learned that connection doesn't happen by accident.

Purpose doesn't happen by accident.

Legacy doesn't happen by accident.

The strongest marriages aren't built by couples who never struggle.

They're built by couples who choose each other again and again through the struggle.

Today, we help other couples do what we had to learn ourselves:

Defeat the Drift.

Rebuild connection.

Navigate menopause and midlife as a team.

And create a second half that is more purposeful, passionate, and alive than the first.

Because here's what we know now:

Midlife is not the beginning of the end.

It can be the beginning of your greatest love story.
