Recovery doesn’t happen overnight. 🖤

I’ve had the opportunity to work on Lucy regularly as she recovers from a pretty serious injury, and this is exactly why I love having PEMF as part of a horse’s recovery and maintenance program.

PEMF helps support the body’s natural healing process by promoting circulation and oxygenation, supporting healthy cellular function, and helping with inflammation, soreness, and muscle recovery. It’s not a replacement for veterinary care, but it can be a pretty incredible tool to use alongside it.

Whether they’re coming back from an injury or you’re simply trying to keep them feeling their best, sometimes a little extra support goes a long way. 🖤

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve done an introduction around here, and with so many new faces following along lately, I figured it was probably time!

I’m Dallas, the owner of DS Western Wellness — Equine Health & Insurance.

I started DSWW with one pretty simple goal: to help horse owners keep their horses feeling their best while also protecting the investment they’ve made in them.

On the wellness side, I’m a certified PEMF practitioner and have been working with horses through PEMF since 2020. I love being part of a horse’s maintenance and recovery program. Whether they’re competing every weekend, getting back to work, or simply deserve to feel their best.

On the insurance side, I specialize in equine insurance and help owners understand their coverage options without making it feel complicated. One of my favorite parts of this job is taking something that can feel overwhelming and making it simple, because when something goes wrong with your horse, the last thing you want to be worrying about is whether you can afford to say “yes” to the care they need.

Basically, what it all comes down to is… YES, I’m that weird horse girl. I love them all, and I want to make sure they’re taken care of.

DSWW has grown more than I could have imagined over the last couple of years, and I’m incredibly grateful for every horse owner who has trusted me with their horses, referred a friend, shared a post, booked a session, or allowed me to insure something so important to them.

Equine insurance is about protecting your investment, but another huge value is the peace of mind when something goes wrong.

When your horse is sick or injured and the vet is telling you what needs to happen next, the last thing you want running through your mind is:
