🌻 Hello Flowers! 🌻

I am making this post to reiterate an important issue we continue to encounter.

🚫 **Pets with open wounds are NOT able to be groomed at our facility.**

No grooming establishment should accept a pet with a wound that could become infected, including wounds that are scabbed over. The wound must be fully healed, with no scab present, before grooming services can be performed.

At Sunny Flowers Pet Care, we are not medically trained to care for or handle pets with wounds or health conditions that may become infected. For your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being, veterinary care is the appropriate option when wounds or medical concerns are present.

⚠️ **A $35 fee will be applied if an animal arrives for a scheduled appointment with open wounds.** This will be considered a late cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control.

🐾 **If veterinary grooming assistance is needed, please contact:**
