June 1–7 is National CPR and AED Awareness Week, a time to recognize how many lives can be saved when more people know CPR and how to use an AED.

Did you know that about 70% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen at home? If you're ever called upon to perform CPR, chances are you'll be helping someone you know and love.

Be prepared to make a difference for a parent, spouse, child, friend, or neighbor. What if it were them?
