Gage had a good day yesterday for his third round of chemotherapy!! His doctor was very happy with his progress. He will go for his second Pet Scan at the end of the month. I honestly can not believe it’s September already. I do not even remember July or August. We did have to come home with the Neulasta shot, which I had to give him today at 3:30. This is to help keep his counts where they need to be and not be back in the hospital. Praying for another good couple of days before we are back again in Charleston on Wednesday. So much other things going on in our lives also as they have had to renovate my entire bathroom and bedroom. So we are not in our house for another two days. But this too shall pass . Thank you for the prayers. Love Whitney and Gage💕❤️🙏🏻

Gage has had a good 6 days home!! We leave super early in the morning for our third chemotherapy treatment!! I chose to not go tonight, but you still have to pack like you are taking a month long vacation. Just in case!! Praying we have a good day tomorrow and a safe trip in the morning for our 9:00 am appointment. Still trying to figure out this new life and journey we are on to get better and have some kind of a normal life, thank you to everyone who has helped in any kind of way. Doing this all by yourself is so hard!! Emotionally, physically and financially!! But I know God has a plan for Gage and myself. Love Whitney and Gage!!💕💕

Gage has had two good days at home so far. He did start to have a stuffy nose tonight but the doctor on call and one of his doctors said he should be ok with some allergy medication. Since he is fever free. You have to call every time he shows signs of getting sick. Even though he has no fever you can not just give them any kind of medicine. Even over the counter medicine is usually not allowed unless you ask!! I was dreading calling as you can imagine, but I would not have been able to sleep tonight. Much love Gage and Whitney!! Praying for a good weekend for some much needed fun and lots of sun!!!☀️ 💕

We are finally home!! Today started off good, as we were told we could come home this morning after Gages team and doctors discussed it. Packed up all of our stuff to be told 30 minutes later that his hemoglobin was low and he would need blood a 3 hour process before we were able to leave. Everything went well and I was told he was good to go as I was still very nervous as you can imagine. Once you have been in the hospital that long you feel comfort and safe there. Praying our journey home is going to be great!! I’m beyond grateful for all the cards and mail and some packages from different organizations. And for great friends who came and cleaned the house and brought us food and things before we got home. Glad some of our friends have access to get into our house.😂Thank you for all the prayers and support. I am exhausted and so happy and beyond blessed for this life!!
