This quarter, we’re proud to recognize Katie Nordby as our first-ever Corporate AP Way Honoree — a new addition to our recognition program spotlighting the team members behind the scenes who power AP Health’s day-to-day operations.
Katie was nominated by four different individuals, impactful on its own, but uniquely the different ways her colleagues described her impact was even more so. Nominations praised her for Teamwork, Operational Excellence, and Above-and-Beyond Service alike, a reflection of just how many hats she wears and how many people across the organization rely on her.
Colleagues describe Katie as someone who will do absolutely anything to support her team, bringing an above-and-beyond mentality to everything she takes on. One teammate shared that Katie “puts 120% in every day,” calling her an outstanding mentor whose energy is a big part of why they look forward to coming to work.
What consistently sets Katie apart is how she helps. AP Health attended the Society of Robotic Surgery Conference July 23-26 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The event brought together more than 3000 surgeons, hospital administrators, technology representatives and industry leaders. It was a great opportunity to see the latest innovations in robotic surgery and interact with those blazing the path forward.
