This week, three patients told me variations of the same thing: fewer headaches than they’ve had in years, dizziness finally settling down, and just feeling more like themselves again.
I’m not chasing a headache or dizziness niche — most of what I treat is orthopedic, chronic pain, sports injury/dysfunction. But when headaches or dizziness are cervicogenic, coming from the neck, that’s squarely in what a we can address: joint mechanics, muscle tension, and how the upper cervical spine is moving and functioning.
This doesn’t replace your physician or your prescribed care — those decisions always stay between you and your doctor. What I can do is treat the mechanical piece that’s sometimes sitting underneath the symptom.
If you’ve been told to just live with it, and no one’s actually looked at the mechanical side, that’s worth a conversation.
