LIVE A DREAM❤️
Today was an incredibly special day at Glen Oaks as we had the honor of granting Kevin's Live a Dream- and his dream was one that brought smiles, memories, and a whole lot of fun!
Kevin's dream was to experience a day at work at Lee's Chicken...and today, he got to do just that!
This dream was made even more meaningful because one of the ladies who works at Lee's used to babysit Kevin's children. What a special connection to have come full circle.
A HUGE shout-out to Jack Omer and Brad Lucas, the owners of Lee's Chicken-who were immediately on board and willing to do whatever they could to make Kevin's dream come true! They gave him his own shirt and hat and made sure he got to enjoy lunch as well! They went above and beyond to make this day everything Kevin hoped it would be. A very special thank you to Cindy, who spent the day (her day off) helping him learn the ropes and showing him what it's like to be a part of the Lee's Chicken team. We are so grateful for the time, patience, and kindness she showed him!
We are so proud to be part of Dream Days across Trilogy Campuses! This is the first wave of our three Dream Days as we take part in an incredible challenge to grant 1,000 dreams this year. Across trilogy campuses just today, 148 dreams are being granted during this first wave alone!!
What an amazing goal to be part of and what a joy it was for our Activities Team to help make Kevin's dream come true today!

Live A Dream Come True for Phyllis❤️
We had the incredible honor of creating a very special day for Phyllis. A surprise tea party celebrating what would have been her and her late husband's 75th wedding anniversary!
With the help and coordination of her six daughters, we were able to bring all six of them together with their mom for the first time in a long time. What a gift that was!❤️
The afternoon was filled with fresh flowers, delicious food, beautiful decor, looking through photo albums, and even a gorgeous wrist corsage for Phyllis.
It was an absolute honor for Life Enrichment team to help make this Live A Dream come true for an extremely sweet lady.
A very special thank you to Cafe' Royale in New Castle for providing the perfect venue, delicious food, and beautiful decor to make this celebration so extraordinary. We are grateful for your help in making Phyllis's special day one she and her daughters will always treasure.

We wrapped up July with a splash!!
Our patriotic wheelchair "car wash" was the perfect way to end a month full of summer fun.
On a beautiful, warm day, our Activities Department knocked this one out of the park! Residents enjoyed getting their wheelchairs sparkling clean while sharing laughs, blowing bubbles and getting a little wet!
It's amazing how something so simple can bring so much joy.❤️🤍💙

July has been full of fun, laughter, and patriotic spirit here at Glen Oaks Health Campus!❤️🤍💙
Our residents have been making the most of the beautiful summer weather by spending time in the courtyards, gardening, celebrating with a festive 4th of July Happy Hour, enjoying delicious red, white and blue themed treats, and showing off their patriotic pride with adorable Fourth of July nail stickers during our Fancy Fingers Nail Day!
It's been wonderful seeing so many smiles as we celebrate summer together. And the fun isn't over yet-we still have plenty of activities and special events planned for the rest of the month!

Our residents have been hard at work and loving every minute as we prepare for Campus in Color!
From planting flowers to tending our garden spaces, it's been wonderful watching everyone come together to help make our campus beautiful. Gardening brings so much joy, purpose, and pride to our resident, and we can't wait to see everything bloom with color.

Elvis is in the building!🎤Memorial Day weekend happy hour was a hit. Our residents absolutely love when Elvis comes to visit! We kept the fun going on Monday with Glow in the Dark Bingo and lots of laughs along the way.
