Good morning!

We currently have an opening for a male roommate to share an apartment in the Boot Ranch area of Palm Harbor with a gentleman in his late 20s. We are looking for someone receiving the APD Medicaid Waiver services who would be a compatible fit for a more independent and community oriented living environment. Ideally, the individual would be comfortable participating in daily routines with minimal prompting and able to thrive in a semi independent setting with staff support living in to provide assistance when needed.

The home already has established a live-in caregiver, so the incoming consumer would have access to our Personal Supports team and ongoing assistance with daily living skills, scheduling, supervision, and community integration based on their individual needs.

Rent share would be approximately $725.00 per month.

This could be a great fit for someone seeking:

A structured but relaxed home environment.
Increased independence while still receiving support services.
A roommate setting with established staffing and routines.
A stable supported living placement in the community.

Hey All,

We will be having our first cookout at the new Breakthroughs office location:

10017 Little Road on Wednesday, June 10th at 1:30PM!

We plan to host these about once a month now that the backyard is more accessible, but we decided to throw this one together quickly because SHANNON is in town and we wanted her to be able to see everyone! So, sorry for short notice this go around.

Please stop by if you can for food and drinks by the pool!
