SHARE is excited to welcome Alexandria Wade, CPA to SHARE Cancer Support’s Board of Directors, along with Victoria Nasir and Dana Reed, MS, CNS, LDN.

Alexandria Wade, CPA is a Vice President at Global Infrastructure Partners, a part of BlackRock, where she supports private equity fund finance operations. With over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, she brings expertise in financial oversight, internal controls, and strategic planning that supports effective, sustainable operations within complex organizations. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

“I am honored to join the Board of Directors of SHARE Cancer Support. I have experienced firsthand how overwhelming a cancer diagnosis can be for a family. But together, we can reach more people.

This September, organizations from across the gynecologic cancer community are joining together with one shared goal: to increase awareness, encourage conversations, and empower people with knowledge that can save lives.

Throughout Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month, we'll be sharing one unified message each week while bringing our own unique perspectives and expertise to the conversation.

Together, we can raise awareness, inspire action, and help improve outcomes for everyone affected by gynecologic cancers.

SHARE is excited to welcome Victoria Nasir to SHARE Cancer Support’s Board of Directors, along with Dana Reed, MS, CNS, LDN and Alexandria Wade.

Victoria Nasir has spent her career in global banking and financial technology, with a focus on finance, capital markets, and risk management in complex, highly regulated environments. Most recently, she has worked in Corporate Treasury at PayPal and previously in Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase. She brings broad experience structuring and executing complex financial transactions, and has led strategic initiatives across risk management and treasury, established governance frameworks, and enabled enterprise-wide financial decision-making in large-scale organizations.

"I am honored to join the Board of Directors of SHARE. SHARE’s mission to provide compassionate, peer-led education, advocacy, and support resources to individuals throughout their cancer experience is both vital and deeply inspiring. This Pride Month, we’re honored to spotlight Al Asante Facey, PA-C, MBA—a dedicated healthcare leader, advocate for health equity, and valued member of SHARE’s LGBTQIA+ Initiative Advisory Board.

For nearly a decade, Al has helped connect people affected by breast/chest and gynecologic cancers with SHARE’s support, education, and patient navigation services. Their work reminds us that inclusive care is not only about access—it is also about helping every person feel seen, informed, and empowered.

As Al shares: “In the face of setbacks, community is what keeps us moving. We can—and must—take care of each other.”

This Pride Month, we’re reminding LGBTQ+ communities that gynecologic cancer information should be inclusive of everyone who has a cervix, uterus, ovaries, va**na, or fallopian tubes.

Symptoms of ovarian, uterine/endometrial, and cervical cancers can be subtle, but knowing what is normal for your body can help you recognize when something has changed.

Your identity is valid. Your health is, too.

Trust yourself. If you notice a new, unusual, or persistent change, speak with a healthcare provider.

Learn about Clinical Trial DV-006, a study exploring disitamab vedotin (DV) for people diagnosed with HER2-positive, HER2-low, or HER2-ultralow, advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

DV is a targeted therapy designed to deliver treatment directly to cancer cells. This Phase1b/2 trial is evaluating safety, side effects, dosage and early signs of effectiveness.

This trial is shared for educational purposes only and may not be the right option for you; we encourage you to explore other clinical trials and discuss all possible options with your doctor.
