Natural Anti-Inflammatory Chickpea Scramble

Ingredients:
1 cup chickpea flour (gram flour)
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Pure SeaSalt to taste
1 tablespoon grape seed oil
Chopped alkaline vegetables (e.g., bell peppers,
tomatoes, onions, etc.) Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instruction:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, ground coriander, onion powder, and pure sea salt. Mix until you have a smooth batter.

2. Let the batter sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

3. In a non-stick skillet, heat the grape seed oil over medium heat.

4. Add the chopped alkaline vegetables to the skillet and sauté them until they become tender.

5. Pour the chickpea batter over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet.

6. Cook the chickpea scramble, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and resembles the texture of scrambled eggs. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

7. Taste the chickpea scramble and adjust the seasonings to your liking.

8. Remove the skillet from the heat.

9. Serve warm.
