You settle into the table, your body releasing its weight into the softness beneath you. Above, the ancient oaks drape their curtains of Spanish moss — silver-green and swaying — filtering the Florida sky into something dreamlike. The blue beyond is boundless, the kind of blue that makes you forget what you were worried about.The air smells of earth and grass and something wild.
Lia's hands move with quiet intention, hovering, resting, guiding — channeling something warm and unhurried through her palms and into you. You don't have to do anything. You don't have to be anywhere. The energy moves like water finding its level, settling into the places that have been holding too much.
And then —
A velvet nose. A soft exhale. The warmth — not just of proximity, but of something offered. The horses drift close, drawn by what they already know is happening here, and they come not only as witnesses but as healers in their own right. Long before anyone named it, they were doing it — standing beside the brokenhearted, the exhausted, the ones who had forgotten how to be still. One lingers at your shoulder. You feel it before you understand it: a current moving from that ancient body into yours, steady and deep as a heartbeat, as unhurried as the turning of seasons. Their energy is of the earth — rooted, rhythmic, immense — and they give it freely, without condition. While Lia's hands work with precision and intention, the horses offer something broader, something that seems to come up through the ground itself and move through them like light through water, spilling gently into you.

Their breath slows. Yours follows. Their great hearts, beating at a frequency older than language, seem to recalibrate something in your chest you didn't know was off. The eyes are soft and knowing and full of a patience that has nothing to prove. The moss sways. The sky holds still.
