Today, our residents took a fun-filled trip down Route 66 without ever leaving home! 🛣️🚗

We transformed our community into a Route 66 Drive-In Movie, complete with a concession stand and a classic car show!

Our residents enjoyed watching the movie, munching on their favorite drive-in treats, and admiring the classic cars while reminiscing about days gone by. The laughter, smiles, and wonderful memories made this a special adventure for everyone.

From mixing the ingredients to baking the soft, delicious oatmeal cookies and adding the creamy filling, everyone enjoyed being part of this special activity. The wonderful aroma of freshly baked cookies filled the room and brought back memories of baking homemade treats with family.

Today our residents enjoyed a wonderful trip to the Aviation Museum! We explored the planes, learned about aviation history, and shared stories and memories along the way. ❤️

One of our residents even had the incredible experience of working in aviation back in his younger years, making this visit especially meaningful. It was so special watching him share his memories and connect the past with the present. 🥰✈️

Our drumming session was filled with music, movement, smiles, and plenty of laughter. Activities like this encourage exercise, coordination, social connection, and self-expression while creating moments of joy that everyone can share.

Our residents enjoyed painting their own flower pots, adding bright colors and unique designs to make each one special. We had so much fun laughing, creating, and expressing ourselves through art!

Now the pots are ready and waiting for fall, when we'll plant beautiful seasonal flowers to enjoy for the months ahead. We can't wait to see our colorful creations come to life! 🍂🪴
