✨ FUN FACT FRIDAY — Get to Know Me & A.B. Wellness! ✨

Since there have been quite a few new faces around here lately, I thought today would be the perfect day to reintroduce myself and share a little about the heart behind A.B. Wellness. 🤍

Hi! I’m Amber 👋 I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Wellness & Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist — but more than anything, I’m someone who truly LOVES helping people feel better.

Over the years, my passion for wellness has grown into so much more than massage. I’ve learned that truly feeling better often means looking at the whole person, not just the place that hurts. That’s what inspired me to expand my knowledge of nutrition, movement, recovery, pain relief, stress, and natural approaches to wellness. I love being able to bring all of those pieces together to help my clients better understand their bodies and feel better from the inside out. 🌿🤍

At A.B. Wellness, no two sessions have to look exactly the same. Depending on what your body needs, I offer everything from customized therapeutic and hot stone massage to sinus & headache therapy, prenatal massage, cupping, body wraps, detox sessions, light therapy, and head spa services and more. ✨

And a few fun facts about the person behind the business… I’m a wife, a mom to three boys, and a very proud grandma. 🥰 I love learning, I’m always looking for new ways to help my clients, and I genuinely feel lucky that I get to do something I love every single day.

A.B. Wellness has grown and changed so much, but the heart behind it has stayed the same: helping you feel, move, and live better.

✨ SERVICE SPOTLIGHT: REFLEXOLOGY ✨

Have you ever tried reflexology? If not, you may be surprised by just how relaxing and restorative it can feel. 🌿

So, what exactly is reflexology?

Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that applies focused pressure to specific points on the feet and/or hands. These areas are mapped to different parts and systems of the body, making reflexology a wonderful way to support whole-body relaxation and balance.

Some of the benefits people may experience include:

🦶 Deep relaxation & stress relief
🦶 Reduced tension in tired, achy feet
🦶 Improved circulation
🦶 Support for the nervous system
🦶 A sense of overall balance & well-being
🦶 Better sleep & relaxation
🦶 A calming reset when your body feels overstimulated or run down

And don’t let the word “feet” fool you—reflexology is SO much more than a foot massage! 🙌 It uses intentional pressure and specific techniques designed to create a deeply relaxing, therapeutic experience.

If you’ve been curious about reflexology, this is your sign to give it a try. ✨

Jadin’s reflexology treatments have quickly become another amazing way to care for your body from head to toe at A.B. Wellness. 🤎
